Despite a bit of weather to spoil all this Global warming, we are busy planning for a colourful 2010 season.
Not only will we, along with our neighbours around the station be welcoming the Yorkshire in Bloom judges, but are planning to start a Community Garden on the embankment.

Along with with our neighbours, the 2009 Yorkshire in Bloom award – judging was on
Tuesday 21 July In Pennine monsoon conditions!
Both station volunteers and our neighbours welcomed the judge,
Malcolm Sunderland over coffee and biscuits kindly provided by Fr John Gott.



Eh, we had a reet good do.
October 2nd the Yorks in Bloom Judge, Malcolm Sunderland joined us for lunch at the Church of the Good Shepherd through the hosptitality of Fr John and the donations from Lyn at the Shoulder of Mutton and Cllr Christine Bampton-Smith and her free-range hens.
